Q: What types of toilets is this bidet seat compatible with?
A: This smart toilet seat is compatible with elongated toilets only.
To ensure the right fit, measure your toilet seat, it should be between 18" and 20" in length for the elongated version.
Q: Does this smart toilet seat require an outlet?
A: Yes, it does.
Ensure your bathroom is equipped with a standard 110V electrical outlet for optimal performance. The RUIFQ bidet seat comes with a 47–49 inches long power cord, which provides flexible placement options and makes installation quick and hassle-free.
Q: What should be noted during the installation of the T-valve?
A: The RUIFQ bidet seat has 2 series, coming with T-adapters in two specification combinations: 3/8" & 7/8", 1/2" & 7/8" respectively.
A key point to note is that you MUST use the included 7/8-inch T-valve. This valve is professionally engineered for direct connection underneath the toilet tank, which effectively ensures a leak-proof and stable water supply throughout usage.
Q: Why does water come out of the nozzle as soon as I sit down?
A: This is the automatic self-cleaning function of the bidet seat nozzle. The nozzle will automatically spray a stream of water to rinse and sanitize itself before each use, ensuring that every use is hygienic and clean.
Q: Is the remote control not working?
A: Please confirm which series of bidet seat you purchased first, then follow the corresponding pairing steps below:
Series A (External Display):
After the power-on self-test is completed, long-press the Front Wash button (or rotate and hold the side knob) within 5–30s of powering on the bidet seat. The main board will emit a long beep to enter the remote control pairing mode. At this time, press any button on the remote control. A long beep from the main board indicates a successful pairing.
Note: Do not operate other remote controls during the pairing process.
Series B (Built-in Display):
1. First, disconnect the bidet seat from the power supply for 1min.
2. Then press and hold the Drying button on the remote control for 3s until all 3 indicator lights illuminate.
3. Next, reconnect the bidet seat to the power supply. The bidet seat will emit a long beep, indicating the process is completed.
4. Once the lights have extinguished, the remote control will resume normal operation.
Q: Does it have adjustable water pressure?
A: Yes, our toilet seat allows you to customize water pressure via a wireless remote control. You can use the remote to "customize water pressure, temperature, and nozzle position."
Q: Can the seat temperature be customized?
A: Yes, our toilet seat has 4 levels of adjustable temperature settings and has automatic seat heating adjustment.
Q: Is it easy to install?
A: Yes, our toilet seat is designed for easy installation. Installation takes approximately 30 mins and is specifically engineered to fit most standard extended-length toilets. No special plumbing work is required—simply use the included hardware to install it.
Q: Is the night light motion activated?
A: Yes, our toilet seat features a built-in sensor-activated night light that illuminates when you approach the toilet. This is extremely convenient at night, as you won't need to turn on the main light.
Q: Does it have a child safety lock?
A: Yes, our toilet seat include child safety controls and safety features. "The child safety control ensures worry-free use for all ages," and features an automatic shut-off sensor to prevent overheating.
