General Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer shipping services to customers located in the United States and Canada. Our goal is to provide an efficient and reliable delivery experience for our premium products.

Shipping Regions & Rates

We currently provide domestic shipping services within the United States and Canada. To ensure the fastest delivery times, all orders are dispatched from our local overseas warehouses located strategically across North America.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories outside of the continental U.S. and Canada at this time.

All applicable shipping costs are covered by us. There are no hidden handling fees or shipping charges at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Method&Delivery Times

All products are shipped from our overseas warehouses located within North America. We Partner with reliable professional carriers to ensure your high-value appliances are handled with care. Delivery times generally range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.

Please note that the delivery time is an estimate, and delays caused by weather, carrier issues or force majeure events are beyond our control.

Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title to the Products and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit, except as required by applicable law.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery will be considered complete once the carrier’s tracking system confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for stolen packages, unattended deliveries, or deliveries accepted by other individuals at the shipping address after the carrier confirms successful delivery. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, or lost packages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to receive the delivery, refusal of delivery, or inability of the carrier to complete delivery, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs and reshipment fees.

If the customer chooses not to accept the reshipment, the order may be treated as a return and subject to our Refund Policy.

Inventory and Availability

Please be advised that due to high demand and regional logistics constraints, the smart bidet toilet seat (side control ver.) of Series A is currently unavailable for shipment to addresses within Canada. If an order is placed for this specific model with a Canadian delivery address, our team will contact you to process a full refund or suggest an alternative model.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging carefully. If the box appears significantly crushed or punctured, please take photos before opening.
